Carrot cake has spent long enough cosplaying as the sensible dessert. This one knows exactly what it is: lush, warmly spiced plant-based cake loaded with carrots, pineapple, and coconut, finished with tangy cream cheese frosting and candied carrot confetti on top. Virtue was never invited.
Deep, dark chocolate cake with your choice of Chocolate or Peanut Butter Signature Frosting. Rich, dramatic, and entirely uninterested in being subtle.
Twelve soft, cinnamon-loaded rolls slathered in tangy plant-based cream cheese icing. Technically breakfast. Emotionally, a recovery plan.
A single rotating flavor is announced every Sunday for that week's Wednesday and Friday pickup and delivery dates. When it's gone, it's gone until it comes back around.

This is my maternal grandmother, Willie Bessie Clara Franks. She was brilliant, exceptional at nearly anything she tried, and famous — at least within one area code — for being a phenomenal baker.
She is my inspiration, but not simply because she could cook and bake the pants off anyone I've ever met.
She raised 9 children with an abusive husband. When she was young, her father forced her to turn down not one, but two opportunities for a completely free college education. Choices were made for her again and again. In truth — I have no idea if she even liked being in the kitchen.
And in her name, 10% of every Bittersweet sale is donated to The SAFE Alliance, which supports survivors of child abuse, sexual assault and exploitation, and domestic violence.

Yes. Our Celebration Topper Add-On includes your choice of decorative-ball color and a gold Happy Birthday topper. It is $10 for a 6-inch cake and $15 for a 9-inch cake.
Keep it refrigerated. For the best flavor and texture, remove it from the refrigerator approximately one hour before serving. Cakes are best enjoyed within three days of pickup or delivery.
